SHIPPING

Unless noted otherwise, Redist USA ships all items within three business days of receiving order and cleared payment.  Customer will receive notification, if there is any, of any delay or cancellation of their order.  Orders placed after 3pm PST will not be processed until the next business day.  Orders received over the weekend, will not be processed until Monday morning.

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream, deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., aftershave, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Redist USA will accept returns only within thirty (30) business days of delivery, provided that the merchandise is unopened and in original resalable condition and packaging.  Customers must call our representatives to receive an Authorization Approval prior to a return.  All returns are subject to inspection before approval for a refund.  Shipping charges are non refundable and the customer will absorb all applicable fees.  Allow 2-4 business days for the credit to appear on the account.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM

If an order contains damaged or defective items, incorrectly shipped, not shipped, or is missing, customer shall contact Redist USA customer representatives by phone at 1.213.748.1040 or 1.888.829.9555 for further assistance.
